We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations. For a full refund, cancellations must be made a full 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your water sport adventure. After 48 hours, no refunds will be given.
By booking a water sport adventure with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
•The issuing of a voucher that’s valid for 2 years.
•Reschedule the activity on a different date.
•Transfer the booking to someone else who might be visiting in the future.
•Timing is calculated in accordance with the time zone of the booked activity's location.
